4-Ingredient Power Cookie

IMG_9665So today I was trying to figure out a way to create power cookies for long runs, hikes, excursions to the moon; extreme stuff you know? You gotta have fuel for anything and be ready at all times!

The recipe might need a tweek or two, but they are good though and were a hit with my kids!

4 bananas
10 dates
2 scoops of Vega Sport Performance Protein (Vanilla)
2 cups instant oats

Pulse the bananas, dates and protein powder in blender

Fold in oats

Cook at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Makes 12 decent sized cookies, can get more if you make them smaller.
